The mission of Society's Forgotten Children is to stimulate social justice campaigns that creates awareness of today’s, more than 2.7 million children of incarcerated parents. This organization strives to inform society about the urgent and unmet needs that exist for children due to parental incarceration. SFC holds an annual 5K walk to raise money, which is donated to existing non-profit organizations that aid in the academic future and emotional well-being of these children. These crime-less victims are in our communities, and they suffer, usually in silence, because they feel alone and forgotten. Therefore, we want to help break that silence by giving a voice to the voiceless.
